Coming  from the Superstore, the Makro:  At the first intersection with lights (=Superhighway intersection) turn direction Sankhampeang on the Nr. 1006 road, that is the old Chiang Mai-Sankhampeang road with the beautiful big trees.  Go straight at the second intersection with lights, then at the third intersection with lights, which is the Ton Pao Loui intersection, turn left onto the second ring road, the No. 121.  Or coming from the Superstore, Big C: After the superhighway intersection with the over-pass drive direction Mae On/Sankhampeang Hot Springs on the Nr. 1317 road.  At the next intersection with lights (which is the first ring-road passing the Payap University) go straight.  At the following intersection with lights, turn left.  You are now on the second ring-road around Chiang Mai, the No. 121 road.  Drive on till you reach again an intersection with lights.  This is the Ton Pao Loui intersection. 

From the Ton Pao Loui intersection drive on for another 3 ½ kilometers and you will reach a (first) small intersection (no lights).  Just before this intersection you will see on your right two silver colored huge factory buildings.  Turn right at this intersection.  After 50 - 60 meter on your right there is a white signboard saying Soi 1 (in Thai). Turn right into this (approximately 70 meter dead-end) lane.  We are at the end on the right..

Coming from Mae Rim, Mea Jo, Sansai  Drive to the second ring-road around Chiang Mai, the No. 121 road. Turn direction Sankhampeang/Lamphun.  At the intersection with the Chiang Mai – Doi Saket road (No.118), go straight direction Sankhampeang.  Or when on the Chiang Mai - Doi Saket road turn to the direction Sankhampeang at the second ring road, the Nr. 121. 

After about 3 kilometers you will reach a small (second) intersection (no lights), indicated by a yellow signboard with black cross.  On each side of the road you will see a poster of The King of Thailand.  Go left at this intersection.  After 50 - 60 meter on your right there is a white signboard saying Soi 1 (in Thai). Turn right into this (approximately 70 meter dead-end) lane.  We are at the end on the right.
